IBUKI Bottled Tea – A New Way to Enjoy Japanese Tea

IBUKI Bottled Tea is a premium liquid tea that brings out the full potential of tea leaves through a special brewing process. You can enjoy the authentic flavor of high-quality tea leaves anytime, anywhere. This is a new “Japanese tea experience” that will make you want to share and discuss the unique flavors with friends and family.

01. Special Brewing Process

IBUKI Bottled Tea is made at our FSSC22000-certified factory, where we pursue the essence of authentic Japanese tea. The tea is meticulously extracted using the “Filtered Cold Brew Method,” which involves non-heated sterilization and precise temperature control down to 0.1°C.

This method maximizes the fragrance and flavor of the tea leaves through fine filtering and careful brewing at temperatures adjusted in 0.1°C increments. By using a three-layer, non-heated filtration process, we preserve the natural freshness and delicate taste of premium tea leaves, allowing you to enjoy the true elegance of Japanese tea.

02. Handpicked Tea Leaves

Our tea leaves are overseen by CEO Yukiya Komatsu, a certified Japanese tea sommelier and recipient of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Award. The tea is a unique blend of high-quality Japanese leaves, specially curated for IBUKI Bottled Tea, offering an unparalleled tea experience.

03. Pure Water

We use water drawn from the nearby Oi River, part of the Southern Alps water system. This water is naturally filtered through rich layers of earth, requiring minimal artificial treatment, and maintaining a high level of purity. At our factory, the water is further softened, creating “ultra-soft water” that perfectly complements the delicate flavors of Japanese tea.

How to Enjoy IBUKI Bottled Tea

STEP 1: First sip, chilled

Start by tasting the sharp, crisp flavor while the tea is chilled.

STEP 2: Appreciate the color

Hold the glass up to the light and take in the vibrant color of the tea.

STEP 3: Savor slowly

Wrap your hands around the glass to warm it slightly, releasing more of the tea's aroma.

STEP 4: Immerse yourself in the aftertaste

Enjoy the lingering aroma and flavor, down to the last drop.

STEP 5: Let it rest at room temperature

For your second glass, let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to experience a change in flavor.
